Gosht ka Achaar

I have recieved Tosha(tiffin) from my Ever Caring Sasuma from Hyderabad!! It's completely a blessing to have such Mother-in-law who does soo much hardwork (in sending all needed and favourite food) not only for her sons and family but the whole Khandaan who are NRI

You can see all the items she sent us, I have everything saved in my fridge Alhudmulillah!!
With her permission Iam sharing Most demanded recipe of "Gosht ka Achaar"

Ingredients :
1) Beef boneless 1 kg
2) Fresh Ginger-Garlic paste 2-2 tbsp full
3) Turmeric powder 2tsp
4) Garam masala fresh pdr 1-1/2 tsp
(cardamom, cinnamon, cloves)
5) Black pepper pdr 1 tsp full
6) Kabab chini pdr 1/2 tsp (optional)
7) Red chilli pdr 3tbsp
8) Dry roasted zeera/cumin pdr 3tbsp
9) Dry roasted coriander pdr 2 tbsp
10) Dry roasted fenugreek pdr 1/2 tsp
11) Dry roasted mustard pdr 1tsp
12) Lemon juice as per taste (the more the better)
13) Salt to taste
14) Oil for deep fry

Method :
1) Marinate beef cubes with salt, turmeric and ginger-garlic paste overnight for best results.
2) In large pan cook meat on low-medium heat till all the liquids dry up and meat is tender. It will take about an hour or so of occasional stirring to ensure meat doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
3) Heat oil in a separate kadhayi, then add the cooked meat to it and deep fry them. Keep the heat to medium so as not to excessively fry the meat which will make it hard. (Do not over fry)
4) Remove and let it cool completely.
5) Now add all the grinded spices, salt to taste and lemon juice. Mix well.
Tips : if you want to store it longer you'll probably need to add more oil. You can heat the oil,let it cool down and add it to the prepared pickle.
2. If topped with oil,it will keep for 3-4 months outside otherwise it will keep for about 2 months in the fridge.
